How to do group mails in myNetworkingPro!

If you are going to do any sort of marketing for your business, then you will need to know and master Groups Mails. And, it's fairly easy to do.

Remember the last lesson where we talked about adding contacts? Well, those contacts are going to be vital for sending out group mails.

To add contacts to the group mail function, you can do this one of 2 ways.
1. Go to "my mail" and click on manage group mail and then click on show my contact list and add people from there. OR
2. MY FAVORITE WAY - Go to your home page and scroll down to "contacts" and click on it. Once the screen pops up, there is a nice tutorial you can click on that tells you how to send group mails. From here, you can sort your contacts by username, by alphabet, etc.
When you start adding people to your group mail, you can only mail out to 60 people at a time per day, so try not to go above that number as you are adding names, otherwise some people will drop off your list. Make sure you keep track of who you sent to so that you don't keep sending the same group mail to the same people (unless you really want to piss people off).

Once you have added your 60 contacts, go back to "my mail", click on "send group mail" and compose your message to send out. Remember, you can only do this once a day. So, when you come back the next day to do another group mail, you will want to go back to "my mail" and click on "manage group mail" and remove all those names from the previous day's send and start over again.

A few key things to make your mails work:
1. only add 60 names at a time, per day
2. never send the same group mail to the same people again, day after day
3. make sure you clear out your old group mail before adding a new list of contacts, otherwise your email will go back out to the same people you sent to the day before
4. when adding people to group mail, make sure you add them to group mail and not accidentally delete them altogether from your contact list (I have foolishly done this before because I was not paying attention).
5. make your subject line interesting so that people will want to read your email
6. always thank your contacts for being a contact and ask them about their business and how they are doing before you hit them with your business idea
7. give them a reason to want to look at your business, other than "check out my business and join me", what will they get out of it, why should they visit, and how is it going to benefit them
8. tell them a little something about you so that they know you are a real person and not someone just trying to pitch them
9. when someone responds back to your email, always write back, don't just delete. Thank them for visiting your site or ask them a specific question about your site or their site. Make a friend.
10. the more contacts you have, the more days you will have to send out email and keep yourself quite busy promoting.

Until next time,
