What's in and how to understand your myNetworkingPro back office

When you are on your home page, the tab next to "home" is the "back office" tab. When you click on that, a new page should pop up with a menu on the left and a box on the right that tells you what your status is: Free, Customer, Manager or Executive.

The two main sections of the back office include: Training and Marketing and Business Manager. Here's a breakdown of each one:

Training and Marketing
Marketing tools - here is where you will find you banner ads, various capture pages that you can use to market myNetworkingPro online, all sorts of different online marketing ads, autoresponder letters (which you would use with a set up autoresponder), pass out cards which would include stuff you can print out for posting on bulletin boards or hand out to people to introduce your myNetworkingPro business, sample newspaper ads that you can use and modify, and materials that you can buy.

Training - this section mostly focuses on stuff that you can do to market myNetworkingPro. This material was written by Bill Weber, father of Matt Weber who is the founder of myNetworkingPro. Bill is not building a downline here but is the number one income earner in his other network marketing venture. He has a downline in the millions and has provided this information to provide great advice on how you can build a myNetworkingPro business. The stuff in there is priceless and will also work with what ever other business you are currently promoting.

Recorded Calls - the ones in here are pretty old, but still good to get others to listen to. myNetworkingPro does not do much by way of recording our weekly calls. But, if there are any special ones, they will be added to this section.

News Center - the information listed here is also pretty old. However, if a new item makes it's way into the press about myNetworkingPro, it's going to be listed here.

Commission Plan - this is a breakdown of the compensation plan for myNetworkingPro. I will go into more detail on this in a later post, but for now, you will want to visit here and study this information.

MRM System - this basically explains the break down of Mult Referral Marketing, which is what myNetworkingPro is all about. It goes into the 4 main steps of refer, upgrade, duplicate and participate.

About myNetworkingPro - here you can find out everything you want to know about the company, when it was founded, where, affiliations, and more. You will also find a 24 hour recorded business message that you can use to market myNetworkingPro. Just have your prospects listen to this call that was put together by Bill Weber.

Business Manager
Upgrade Membership - if your status is anything other than Executive, then this tab will exist. This is where you can upgrade your membership at any time to the level above yours or more.

Binary Geneology (tree) - this will quick link all the people on your left and right legs, it breaks down your left and right sales, personal sales, what bonuses you have earned each week, how many people you have personally sponsored including what level they are. Now, here is what is really cool. You can do a username search for anyone in your personally referred downline and see what is going on in their downline.

Vehicle Bonus Plan - if you are an Executive IR, you are eligible to potentially earn a car bonus. To earn this, you need to personally refer 100 Executives and retain 50 of them. You will earn a $2K bonus and $350 each month for doing so. From this page, you will see all the people who have upgraded to Executive in your personal downline and how many of those have remained in the Executive position.

Personally Sponsored - this is your breakdown list of the people you have personally sponsored. If they have included it, you will also see their personal phone number and email address so that you can contact them outside of myNetworkingPro. You can also sort your results in any category by clicking the arrows above the selected category you want to sort by. It will also default to the date order of sign ups.

Email Personally Enrolled - this allows you to send an email through myNetworkingPro to all your personally sponsored members. This is only to be used for myNetworkingPro correspondence and it is highly monitored by the company. It is not to be used to market your other business ventures.

Commissions - this is the breakdown of what you have earned or potentially might have coming to you in your next check. It also keeps track of your yearly earnings and your earnings since you started with myNetworkingPro. If you want more details on how a check was earned, just click on the details tab.

Contact My Sponsor - this is where you can find the information about your current sponsor and your sponsor's sponsor. If you are fortunate like I am, then both of those people will be currently active myNetworkingPro members that you can contact any time with questions. And, in your case, you are fortunate because you will see my name as your direct sponsor and June Giusto as my upline sponsor. We are both active and have no plans to leave myNetworkingPro, so feel free to ask us any questions at any time.

Update My Address - here you can update your address, simple enough. This is where you can also change your trigger amount for check earnings.

Update My Credit Card - if you have a card that is going to expire or you just want to change which credit card you have listed with the system, you can do that here.

Site Tracker - this is where you can see how many people visit your web site each day,

Business web site - this is your myNetworkingPro business web site link information.

Dedicated Customer web site - this is your myNetworkingPro customer web site link information.

Binary Placement - you can change how you want people placed in your downline. By default, the system is going to try to balance out your legs and have an even number of people on each side. However, if you have an extremely active upline, one leg might grow faster than the other. So, you might want to change your placement options to compensate for the other leg. However, in most cases, keeping things on auto will be the easiest thing to do to build your business because it will be the one that tries and balances things out without you having to worry about it.

Back to Profile - just takes you back to your profile page.

Logout - logs you out of the system.

The myNetworkingPro compensation plan - EXPLAINED!!

Once you get it, it's not that hard to understand it. But, a lot of people struggle at first to try and figure out exactly how the compensation plan works in myNetworkingPro and how you get paid. So, I am going to break it down in what I call "easy to digest" format.

First of all, everyone that joins myNetworkingPro can make money, even if you are a free member. So, it is important to know that you don't have to break the bank to make any money, you just need to work the business, like anything else.

When you join myNetworkingPro, you join as a FREE member. This gives you the opportunity to check out the site and see everything that it has to offer. There are some limits as a FREE member.

Our first pay level is the Customer level, where you pay $9.95 per month and can use the system to market your primary business and have access to all the tools. You do not earn residuals as a Customer.

Our two business builder levels are Manager and Director and they allow a lot more use of the systems within myNetworkingPro. Most of the people that upgrade to these levels are also using myNetworkingPro as a secondary business or as a stand alone business. Managers can earn up to $6K per week and Executives can earn up to $12K per week. Managers get paid on upgraded members in the Customer and Manager level. Executives get paid on upgraded members in the Customer, Manager and Executive level. Managers pay $19.95 per month and Executives pay $29.95 per month.

So, your 4 levels of membership are:
Free
Customer at $9.95 per month
Manager at $19.95 per month
Executive at $29.95 per month.

As I said before, anyone can make money with myNetworkingPro no matter what level you are. This is what we call the "power pay plus" feature. When YOU personally sponsor a member in myNetworkingPro and they upgrade, you will earn a one time bonus of $5 on Customers, $10 on Managers, and $15 on Executives. However, this is only on the first time they upgrade.

Now here comes the fun part, RESIDUALS.

myNetworkingPro is set up as a two tier leg system. In order to get paid residuals after the first month, you will need to have people in both legs of your business. If you have an active upline, anyone they bring into the business will begin building one of your legs as people are placed one under the other. All you have to do is build the other leg.

If you do not have an active upline, then you will have to build both legs yourself (which is doable). Our number one income earner in myNetworkingPro, Howard Winwood, had a sponsor that quit. So, he had to build the system by himself. Note what I said though. He is the number one income earner in myNetworkingPro.

The system is going to try and balance out both of your legs as people join myNetworkingPro and are placed by your upline, people are placed by you, or people are placed from the efforts of your downline. So, everyone is building.

When you match 4 with 4 each month as an upgraded Manager or Executive, you will earn residuals month after month.

So, what exactly does that mean?

In order to get paid, you need to have 4 customers on your left leg and 4 customers on your right leg each month. This is what we call a cycle. If you do this, you will get paid $10. Same goes for 4 managers on the left and 4 on the right. In this case, you will get paid $20 per month. And 4 Executives on the left and 4 Executives on the right will earn you $30 per month "if" you're at the Executive level. Managers cannot earn on Executive upgrades. Once you get beyond 4, you will need to have another 4 to start another cycle. So, if you had 8 Customers on one leg and 8 customers on the other leg you will earn 2 $10 checks that month. And, same goes for the other levels and so on. You get the idea.

At first, you might cycle once a month. But, as time goes on and your team is building, you will have more cycles taking place. You will cycle more than once a month, and then you will start to cycle each week, and then cycle each day, and then maybe cycle multiple times a day. So, you can see where this is going and how you can make money.

I must, however, be very clear. If you want to earn residuals, YOU have to build. You cannot rely on your upline to do all the work for you. Because they will only be building one leg. So, if you are not building the other leg, you will not get paid. It also helps to have people you sponsor build. It ends up being a lot of work if you do it all yourself. And, like any business, people are going to come and go, upgrade and downgrade. It is just the nature of the game.

Now, there are a few other ways that you can earn money on myNetworkingPro.

Profile of the Week:
Get you picture on everyone's personal profile for a whole week and earn a bonus of $100. You can win this just by being active on myNetworkingPro.

Profile of the Month:
Get your picture posted on the myNetworkingPro entry page of every member out there for a whole month. You can win this by being voted for it from other members in the myNetworkingPro community. Again, you will earn a bonus of $100.

Car bonus:
You have to be an Executive to qualify for this one. If you personally bring in 100 Executives and retain at least 50 of them, you will earn a one time bonus check for $2K and a monthly stipend of $350.

From time to time, myNetworkingPro holds other contests where you can earn money.

myNetworkingPro pays you with real checks that are mailed to your house. If you live in the USA or Canada and you have earned $10 in your back office, you will get a check. You do not lose any money if you do not reach the minimum each month. Your money will stay in your back office until you reach the minimum check amount. The same goes for people in foreign countries. However, your check must reach $75 for it to be sent out.

There are also a few honorable mention acknowledgments that will not earn money, but are a great way to get your name, face, and business out to the community.

Person of the day - awarded to one person and announced via email for the entire community to take notice.
Business of the day - awarded to one person and also announced via email to all myNetworkingPro members. In both cases, your profile will be shown to the right side of everyone's profile page for the day.
