However, if you did not personally invite that person who joined your team, then you will not be able to contact them by personal email or phone call. But, if you were the one that personally invited them to join myNetworkingPro and they signed up, then you can contact them by email, phone, or through myNetworkingPro.
Here is how it works. When you go to your home page and click on the "back office" tab, scroll down and click on "personally sponsored" to access the list of people that you personally referred to myNetworkingPro. In most cases, you will have access to their personal email outside of myNetworkingPro and their phone number.
So, what do you do:
1. call them and welcome them to myNetworkingPro. Ask if they have had a chance to navigate around the site and if they have any questions.
2. when they set up their profile, visit and comment. Make sure you add them as a friend and send them a personal welcome email. What I usually do is comment on what they wrote, ask for a picture if they don't have one, and visit their web site listed. Then, I also include the following information:
"A great place to learn more about myNetworkingPro and your up line leaders are the weekly team calls on Wednesday evenings at 10:00 PM (EST) and also the Saturday afternoon call at 4:00 PM (EST). The Phone Number and Access Code for all these calls is 212-461-5800 Access Code - 9294# Hop on one and then let me know what you like best about it after the call ends. I love to get the feedback. I am also one of the hosts for the Wednesday night calls, so you will also get to hear me talk.
Also, feel free to contact me anytime about how to navigate around the MNP web site. I would love to teach you how to best utilize social networks to build your list and build your profits. If you do it RIGHT, you can do quite well. myNetworkingPro is the perfect target audience because everyone on here is in some form of business and is involved in internet marketing to some extent. There is a right way and a wrong way to use this site. You will find it much easier to build a following here than on twitter, facebook or other social networks. You will want your own information where I put mine, but this gives you a general idea of what sort of welcome they are going to get from me.
3. put them into an autoresponder system so that they get personal emails from you. If you want the ones that I use, just send me an email and I will send them to you. Otherwise, you can also visit http://www.steps2freedom.com which is the web site that June and John Giusto put together to help all members of myNetworkingPro and click on the "letters to downline" tab. If you do not have an autoresponder in place, email me and I will give you a few to check out that are free and paid options. An Autoresponder is going to be crucial to your business here and elsewhere online. This also works well when the person did not leave a number to contact them or they live overseas from you and you cannot easily call them.
4. Keep track of them in an Excel spread sheet or some other document. That way, if your autoresponder is down or myNetworkingPro is down, you can still access their information and contact them. I tend to keep an Excel spread sheet of all my downline team members.
A few other key things to keep in mind on your personal referrals:
1. you can email each other back and forth unlimited times (works great for your free members because they have limited emails in the system, but unlimited directly to you)
2. you can send out personal emails in myNetworkingPro to all your downline members at any time and all at once (however, these are monitored so you do not want to send out emails that do not pertain to myNetworkingPro through this system because they won't go through).
