Since I already went over compensation in a previous post, I am going to focus on what you should do with your upgraded members.
No matter which level they upgraded to, you are going to want to get them set up with support and training.
Here is what you should do with all your upgrades:
1. Call them and welcome them to the team. Find out if they have any questions about the system, support, or general. Find out what their goals are with myNetworkingPro and how you can help them achieve those. If they live overseas from you and you cannot call them directly, try to establish some rapport by email.
2. You are going to want to send them a Welcome and Congratulations letter. If you go to http://www.steps2freedom.com, John and June have a list of letters you can use to send to your upgraded members. Just put your information in place of theirs when you send them an email.
3. Add them to your autoresponder for upgraded members or begin to send out personal emails or refer them to this blog at http://howtodirectmatches.blogspot.com.
4. Let them know who some of the important members of myNetworkingPro are so that if they have questions and they cannot reach you, they have other resources. As I mention on our Tuesday night overview calls, good people to have on your list are:
- Howard Winwood, username hwinwood (he is the #1 income earner in myNetworkingPro and completely built both legs of his business after his upline partner quit).
- Bill Weber, username megladon (he is the father of the owner, Matt Weber. He does not have an organization in myNetworkingPro personally, but he has a ton of experience in network marketing, has a downline in the thousands in another business, and can answer any questions or support you in any way with DirectMatches or any other business that you are promoting. He is a wealth of knowledge).
- June Giuso, username eagle2 (she has been with myNetworkingPro for 6 years, has 30 years of network marketing experience, and helped put together the Steps 2 Freedom web site for all members to use. She is quick to respond to questions and is there to help with anything that might come up).
5. Call (or email if you cannot call) your upgraded downline members at least once every other month, even if just to say hi and see how they are doing. Let them know that you are there for them if they have any questions or need your help with the system.
