How to upgrade your membership in myNetworkingPro

Once you decide to go beyond the free membership and gain access to more features in myNetworkingPro, you will have the option to upgrade. There are 3 upgrade levels. Customer level is for people that want to better promote their primary business. The Manager and Executive levels are for myNetworkingPro business builders who want to promote myNetworkingPro as well as their primary business.

Once you decide the level you want to upgrade to here is what to do next:
1. make sure your profile is set up including your picture
2. click on the upgrade button and fill out the pages including credit card information (myNetworkingPro only accepts credit cards at this time as forms of payment for upgrades).
3. If you live outside the USA or Canada, you might get a security message to contact customer care. If that is the case, then go to the customer care tab at the top of your "my profile" page and open a new ticket. Keep in mind that customer care is open during the hours of 9a - 5p EST Monday through Friday. So, if it is after hours or on a weekend, you will have to wait until customer care has opened.
4. You can also upgrade by going to your back office  As soon as you enter your back office, it will list your status to the right. And, this is the other place where you can upgrade.

myNetworkingPro is month to month, with no long term contracts. You can upgrade and even downgrade at any time. Of course, we want everyone to be an Executive member, but that might not always be feasible or in the best interest of each person. If you decide you need to go back to free status, you can do that by going to the customer care tab and clicking on "set my account to free status". If for some reason, you need to cancel your membership, you can do that by going to the customer care tab and clicking on "cancel membership".
